Refund & Exchange

we allow for refunds or exchanges for another size or model within 14 days of receiving your order. There is an exchange/return fee to be paid upon delivery in order to cover the shipping costs. The cost ranges from 60 EGP to 100 EGP depending on your location.

Items on sale are not eligible for refunds. 

However, If you do not wish to exchange we can issue store credit with a 6 month validity.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning goods to us.
